For bulk orders, slight differences between individual pieces are to be expected and reflect the uniqueness of each item.

Due to the handcrafted and often delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns for change of mind or preference. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, we are happy to help.

If an item has a significant defect that affects usability or arrives damaged, we are happy to review the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the item and packaging along with your order number so we can review the issue promptly.

Exchanges

Exchanges or replacements are offered only in cases of significant defects or damage upon arrival.
Replacement items are subject to availability and must be unused and in original condition.

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received to be eligible for review.
