All orders are processed within one to two business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We make every effort to prepare and ship orders promptly so our customers receive their products as soon as possible.

Bulk Orders and Gifting

If you are ordering in bulk for festivals, weddings, or events, we recommend placing your order early and reviewing product descriptions carefully.
Bulk handcrafted orders may have subtle variations, but extra care is taken to maintain consistency across all pieces.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where available. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
